​Midlife Sparkles gatherings are your place to find peer support in the messy midlife that may sometimes feel pretty confusing. Here, you'll find a structured conversation built around a single theme, something real and specific to midlife, explored together rather than lectured at. No two meetings repeat the same ground, and no one is expected to have it figured out.

​Thank you everyone who attended last time! This time we will talk about Starting over. Maybe it was relocation, divorce, career change, or something else - but something happened that pushed you to start over. Or maybe you are thinking about it, but haven't taken the first step?
