​Open to ALL LEVELS & BEGINNERS. Crafted with the intention to help you reconnect & elevate your frequency

​Together, we will journey through:

• ​All-Levels Yoga Movement: Fluid, accessible sequence to awaken the body. Exploring creating more space to let life in through the release of stagnant energy.

• ​Conscious Breathwork: Deep, intentional pranayama practices to clear the mind and ground your presence.

• ​Somatic Movement: A judgment-free space to let loose, shake off stress, and celebrate the joy of being alive.

• ​Soulful Connection: Meaningful opportunities to bond with yourself and share positive energy with others.

​Come exactly as you are. Bring an open heart, open mind, comfortable clothes to move in, and your beautiful energy.
