About Event

Join the communities of A Grief Like Mine and Sorry For Your Loss (Cards) for a gentle community walk through nature as we slow down, reconnect with our bodies, and ground ourselves while navigating grief.

This walk is open to anyone navigating grief in any form—offering space for reflection, connection, and community.

đź—“ Date: Saturday, April 25, 2026
⏰ Time: 11:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m. PST (walk begins at 11:15 a.m.)
📍 Location: Lake Hollywood Reservoir Walking Trail
🌿 Meeting Spot: North Gate, Gate 2, 3052 Lake Hollywood Dr

🌱 In the midst of grief, it’s easy to feel disconnected from our bodies, our breath, and the present moment. This walk invites us to gently return to ourselves. Through movement, nature, and shared presence, we’ll create space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with what we’re carrying.

🌿 Together, we’ll walk at an easy pace, allowing moments for quiet reflection, grounding, and connection with others who understand the many ways grief can show up.

💛 These walks are free to attend. If you’re able, we suggest a $10 donation to support the growth of this community and help us continue creating meaningful gatherings.

Come as you are—bring a water bottle, comfortable shoes, and an open heart.
