Trusting Your Intuition | YYC Virtual Connection Circle
Your intuition doesn’t need to shout.
How many decisions are you postponing because you’re waiting to be completely certain?
You gather more information.
You think about it again.
You ask someone else.
You reconsider.
And somewhere beneath all that thinking, there may already be a quiet leaning:
Yes.
No.
Not this.
Go this way.
This month’s Younique Yet Connected Connection Circle invites us to explore Trusting Your Intuition — and what becomes possible when we stop demanding 100% certainty before allowing ourselves to notice what we already know.
During this interactive Circle, we’ll explore:
intuition and overthinking;
the idea of the 51% Rule as a way of reflecting on uncertainty and decision-making;
moments when we sensed something before we could logically explain it;
how our bodies respond when we slow down and pay attention; and
a guided experiential body-awareness exercise using muscle testing as a tool for noticing physical responses.
This is not about abandoning logic, evidence or critical thinking, and the exercise is not being presented as a scientific truth test.
It is an invitation to become more curious about the signals we may be receiving before fear, doubt and other people’s opinions become louder than our own inner response.
Bring one small decision you’ve been overthinking.
You don’t need to arrive with the answer.
Just bring yourself, your curiosity and a willingness to explore.
Who leads the Circle?
The Connection Circle is led by Nolitha Xozwa Fenton and Kinga Szilágyi, co-founders of Younique Yet Connected.
Nolitha brings exploration, storytelling and space-holding into the Circle, while Kinga guides the facilitation and systemic and experiential exercises.
Together, they create an intimate online space for reflection, conversation and connection.
