Hosted in the Innovation Studio in partnership with CARE360, this interactive workshop helps students clarify their values, passions, and sense of purpose—the foundation of purpose-driven leadership. Participants are introduced to Conscious Foresight360™, the leadership superpower that blends values-based judgment with AI-enabled insights to anticipate future impacts and navigate complex decisions responsibly. Using the CARE SMART Vision Roadmap™, students then translate their “why” to design purpose-aligned initiatives and sustainable ventures that create lasting positive impact.
