About Event

Poker chips = GPU chips! A game night for AI founders, researchers, investors, and engineers to play, talk, and trade compute.

  • No buy-ins — play for your share of $30K in Crusoe cloud credits (max $10K per company). Attendees will also receive additional compute credits from Prime Intellect!

  • Light snacks and beverages will be served.

  • All games will begin promptly at 7:00 PM.

  • Private venue with professional dealers in SoMa.

Please RSVP early as spots are limited!

This event is co-hosted by Tilde Research, Radical Ventures, Crusoe, Etched, and Prime Intellect.

Tilde Research is a moonshot AI research lab focused on mechanistic interpretability, novel model architectures, and pretraining science. Backed by Khosla Ventures, Bain Capital Ventures, and researchers from OpenAI and Anthropic, we’re building a deeper scientific understanding of AI to enable the next generation of capabilities.

Radical Ventures is the original venture capital firm dedicated exclusively to AI, with approximately $3 billion in assets under management across early- and growth-stage funds. Advised by AI pioneers Geoffrey Hinton and Fei-Fei Li and with partners across SF, Toronto, NYC, & London, Radical backs exceptional founders applying AI to transform science, infrastructure, and the enterprise — from Cohere and World Labs to Crusoe, Etched, Prime Intellect, Ricursive Intelligence, Periodic Labs, Waabi, and many more.

As the AI factory company, Crusoe is on a mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. Crusoe provides a reliable, scalable, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly solution for AI infrastructure by harnessing large-scale clean energy, building AI-optimized data centers, and empowering builders to reach their AI potential. Crusoe empowers its customers to build the future faster.

Etched is building the world’s first AI inference system purpose-built for transformers - delivering over 10x higher performance and dramatically lower cost and latency than a B200. With Etched ASICs, you can build products that would be impossible with GPUs, like real-time video generation models and extremely deep & parallel chain-of-thought reasoning agents. Backed by hundreds of millions from top-tier investors and staffed by leading engineers, Etched is redefining the infrastructure layer for the fastest growing industry in history.

Prime Intellect is building the open superintelligence stack — a full-stack platform for decentralized AI development that enables anyone to contribute compute, code, and capital to collectively train and own frontier AI models. Through distributed training across global GPU clusters, Prime Intellect has released INTELLECT-3, a 100B+ parameter model achieving state-of-the-art reasoning performance, and pioneered frameworks like PRIME-RL for large-scale reinforcement learning. Prime Intellect is making the path to open-source superintelligence permissionless and collectively owned.

The top 9 finishers will receive compute credits provided by Crusoe. Prime Intellect will provide platform credits for the first 50 attendees to arrive.

Stipulations for Crusoe Credits:

  • Winners must take a 30min call with Crusoe sales team to redeem credits

  • Credits are for on-demand usage, subject to availability, only at Crusoe's list prices

  • Credits are valid for 1-year

  • Credits must be redeemed by approved organizations which requires a company email domain (no gmails, .edu is ok)

  • Maximum earnings of $10k per company / organization (in instances where multiple winners are from the same company)
