2027 LEADERSHIP RETREAT
Some years change your business. Others change you.
As 2026 comes to a close, we have a choice: carry the same mindset into another year, or make room for something greater.
2027 Leadership Retreat is an invitation to pause, reflect, learn, and prepare for what's next. It's a chance to step away from the daily demands, reconnect with your purpose, strengthen your leadership, and gain fresh clarity for the journey ahead.
This isn't about attending another event.
It's about investing in the person who will lead your team, serve your community, build your business, and shape the future.
Over three powerful days, we'll gather as one team—not just to learn, but to challenge one another, encourage one another, and leave stronger than we came.
We'll celebrate wins, have honest conversations, ask difficult questions, and build practical strategies that will help us step confidently into 2027.
If you've ever felt there's another level in you waiting to be unlocked, this retreat is for you.
Together, we will:
Cast a clear vision for 2027
Grow as confident, purpose-driven leaders
Build stronger relationships across TeamLiT
Learn from leaders who have walked the journey
Think strategically about the future we're building together
Leave with practical plans, renewed energy, and a deeper sense of purpose
Expect meaningful conversations, hands-on workshops, leadership sessions, team-building experiences, moments of reflection, and opportunities to connect with people who genuinely want to see you succeed.
Because leadership isn't built in moments of comfort.
It's built when people come together, sharpen one another, and choose to grow.
This December, we're not just ending a year.
We're preparing for the next one.
We're unlocking new possibilities.
We're unlocking greater leadership.
We're unlocking 2027.
