​This session explores how the relational encounter between a child and a professional is as significant as the legal or procedural result. We will discuss shifting success metrics from traditional milestones to the child’s subjective experience of feeling heard and validated. The goal is to understand how placing the relationship with the child at the heart of the investigative and clinical process serves as a core pillar of our work.
