About Lisa Li:
Lisa Li is the founder and CEO of The Qi, a modern flower tea studio and wellness brand rooted in Eastern healing traditions. After immigrating from China to the U.S. as a teen, Lisa worked for a decade in the fashion industry before experiencing burnout—an inflection point that led her to explore holistic healing and qigong, a practice she has trained in for years and now teaches. In 2019, she launched The Qi, bootstrapping the business and building direct relationships with small family-owned farms across Asia. The Qi’s floral teas have been featured in retailers such as Anthropologie, Bloomingdale’s, Opening Ceremony, and The RealReal. Through The Qi, Lisa continues to cultivate a brand grounded in mindful ritual, transparency, and the transformative beauty of tea.
