​Come ready to sweat it out and meet new friends at our first-ever SOLO event at HotShop YYC Marda Loop on Saturday, October 19th, from 1:45 –3:15 PM <3

​You'll be taking HotShop's signature heated Flow class — a class designed to energize, restore, and leave you feeling your best.

​GlowBody Nutrition will be providing all attendees with a complimentary amino beverage before class, and a protein shake after class that can be enjoyed while connecting with the girls!

​This event is designed for folks coming on their own, so we kindly ask that you don’t come with friends! This will ensure that everyone has the chance to connect and step out of their comfort zone.
