Pilates Class at Industry Studio at 2 PM — limited to 16 people
We’ll start at Milky’s at 1243 Dundas for a cozy social hour filled with coffee, matcha, and travel stories. Kindred will be covering appetizers, so come ready to share bites, swap stories, and dream up your next adventures together.
Afterward, we’ll head to Industry Studio, the newest gem in vibrant Dundas West, for a reformer Pilates class. Whether you’re brand new or a seasoned pro, this welcoming space is perfect for all levels, so don’t be shy.
You’re welcome to join just for coffee, or for both coffee and the workout.

If your plans change, please cancel your booking so another member can join.
Grip socks are recommended. If you don’t have a pair, you can purchase them at the studio for $10.

She’s traveled widely—everywhere but the polar regions still on her list—and left her mark on the city’s arts scene through her work with the CONTACT Photography Festival and by championing emerging artists in her own gallery.
When she’s not behind the lens, you’ll find her trekking mountains or on the reformer Pilates machine, a practice she’s come to love. With her passion for adventure, storytelling, and genuine human connection, Juli is excited to welcome fellow Kindred members for an evening of creativity, conversation, and community.
