Unity Rock Community - February Office Hours

​Last year, many of you joined our Unity Rock Community networking events. They were relational and energizing - and as the community has grown, we’ve heard a desire for something more practical and more focused.

​So in 2026, we’re moving to Unity Rock Office Hours.

​We’ll still begin together with brief introductions and a chance to see who’s in the room. From there, we’ll move into facilitated breakout rooms focused on real-world challenges and opportunities.

​Each breakout room will be:

• ​Centered on a specific topic

• ​Run in an IDS-style format (Identify, Discuss, Solve)

• ​Facilitated by experienced Integrators and EOS Implementers

​January 12 breakout topics include:

• ​Visionary / Integrator Duo Relationship Dynamics

• ​Becoming (or scaling as) a Fractional Integrator

• ​People issues & Leadership Challenges

• ​Rock Setting and Accountability

​This is less about networking - and more about getting unstuck, learning from practitioners, and leaving with clarity or a next step.
