From Idea to Impact: Laying the Foundation for Action is a hands-on, 2-day workshop for community leaders, aspiring changemakers, and social impact thinkers who care deeply about an issue but feel unsure how to begin or turn their ideas into tangible outcomes.
Using a human-centered design approach, you’ll learn how to:
Truly understand the community you want to serve
Get clear on the real problem you’re trying to solve
Design solutions that are practical, grounded, and community-informed
Across two engaging sessions, you will:

💡 Generate and prioritize ideas using proven design tools
🌱 Shape a simple, realistic MVP you can actually launch
