Details of the walk
This walk will be led by The Chair of The Sheriffs’ & Recorder’s Fund, Lady Hilary Russell. Accompanying walkers tbc, The Sheriffs of London and their consorts.
Walking west along Holborn Viaduct into High Holborn, right fork into New Oxford Street, right into Rathbone Place continue into Rathbone St, cross Goodge Street into Cleveland St, left into Carburton St, cross Great Portland Street, left into Devonshire St, cross Marylebone High St into Paddington St, cross Baker’s St into Crawford St, right into Homer Row, cross Old Marylebone Road into Chapel St, right onto Edgware Road, under Marylebone Flyover, cross Edgware Road into Harrow Road, right, through Paddington Green, past St Mary’s Church into St Mary’s Terrace, then Park Place Villas, left into Howley Place, cross over Warwick Avenue into Harrow Road down the steps to the Grand Union Canal, past Little Venice, Maida Vale, left into Elkstone Road, bearing left into Golborne Road, into Chesterton Road, across the roundabout into Saint Quintin Avenue, left into North Pole Road, left into Scrubs Lane, right into Du Cane Road, prison on right.
Itinerary in prison
12:30 arrival and check in, lunch at the Escape cafe, followed by a bespoke session in the Chapel with StandOut which coaches prisoners with cvs, interview practice prior to release

Books for the prison library.
This walk is on London pavements, wear comfortable trainers and clothes and carry as little else as possible.
No phones or electronics are allowed in the prison. No lockers. Belongings in the Shrieval cab.
