Recovery Session is an hour for what the body needs after training. Mobility, long stretches, fascia rolling. Guided by a coach, set to sound made for it. The part most of us skip.
No experience needed. You roll out what is tight and leave in better shape than you walked in.
A PAUS experience, built with two partners.
