Lagos State Governor’s Roundtable: Redefining Influence, Accelerating Action In collaboration w/ United Nations Global Compact Nigeria

​Lagos State Government, in partnership with the United Nations Global Compact Networks Nigeria and Caribbean, will convene a high-level roundtable on the sidelines of UNGA 81 to advance an Africa–Caribbean agenda for the Sustainable Development Goals.

​Featuring Lagos State as a leading case study, the roundtable will bring together government officials, investors, development finance institutions and private-sector stakeholders to explore climate resilience, innovative financing and practical partnerships.

​A special session, Insuring Our Coastlines, will focus on innovations in climate-risk finance and solutions for protecting vulnerable coastal cities, infrastructure and communities across Africa and the Caribbean.
