​Join us at CORE40 Noord, Amsterdam, on Saturday 21 November at 14:00 for a 40-minute full-body Lagree Megaformer workout, followed by around 30 minutes at the YUZAURA Yuzu Bar.

​Expect a 40-minute high-intensity, low-impact Lagree Fitness workout on the Megaformer that challenges your muscles, focuses your mind, and boosts your energy.

​Refresh after class with handcrafted Japanese yuzu drinks topped with our signature yuzu cold foam. Following pop-ups at When Nature Calls, Numa Studio and Signature Pilates Club, we’re bringing the Yuzu Bar to CORE40. Discover YUZAURA before most of Amsterdam.

• ​Please arrive 10 minutes before class, at 13:50.

• ​Facilities: changing rooms, lockers, and a water tap.
