​In this UNFILTERED session, Karo will guide you through a practical fascia release session using simple tools and somatic movement to explore where you hold tension and how you can create more space and ease in your body.

​Then, we’ll slow everything down.

​Anda will guide you through a Tibetan sound bath, using singing bowls to create a space for deep rest and stillness — giving your body time to simply pause, listen and receive.
