In Italy we call it apericena — the aperitivo that turns into dinner. It's what people actually do on a weeknight: you order a drink, the food keeps coming, and at some point you realize you've had dinner.
Miami doesn't have this. On August 5, we're doing it for one night.
This is for anyone who misses Italy — and anyone who's never been.

Our best flavors, hand-scooped on the sidewalk. This is the part we're serious about: churned every morning in our own Miami lab, from Bronte pistachios from Sicily, Langhe hazelnuts from Piedmont, real Valrhona chocolate and fresh milk. Italian recipes, made here in America. Never freezer-shipped.
If you've had our gelato before, it may have been at a Ferrari launch, a Dolce & Gabbana show, the Emmy Awards, a Four Seasons table or an AC Milan night — 106 collaborations and 200+ hospitality partners since 2013.
This Wednesday it's just for you, on the sidewalk, for ONLY $15 a head.
🥂 Spritz analcolico
Alcohol-free, on purpose. This is the ritual, not the buzz — so bring your kids, your parents, your friend who doesn't drink. Everyone's in.
🎶 The music
Our DJ plays Dolce Vita Italian music while the sun drops behind the Art Deco rooftops.

This is the first event we've ever thrown in our own shop. Thirteen years making the dessert moment at everyone else's parties — Ferrari, Gucci, the Ritz-Carlton, Juventus, Apple TV+. This one is ours. If Ocean Drive likes it, it becomes every Wednesday, so come and tell us what to change.
