Finding Your Place: How Immigrant Women Can Show Up Confidently in Corporate America
You work at an American company, but sometimes you catch yourself feeling like:
You speak less than you'd like to
You think too long before saying something
You don't fully understand "how things are done here"
You feel like you're "too much"
You feel slightly like an outsider, even when everything seems fine
We've been through this ourselves. Relocation, new environment, different communication culture, different roles - and at some point you start doubting yourself in places where it was never a question before.
Meet our speakers:
Ekaterina Shtein - multimodal supervisor and certified Transactional Analysis practitioner, member of the NATAA Education Committee. She works with deep-seated beliefs, internal scripts, and behavioral patterns.
Zhansaya Qaiyrbek - founder of a mental health startup, SDET with a tech background, certified quantum trainer and practitioner of the National Association for Transactional Analysis in America.
Format: a live conversation - no lecture, more of a discussion and breakdown of real situations.
What we'll explore:
Which moments at work make it hardest to show up
What internal blocks come up
Where the feeling of "I don't belong here" appears
How cultural differences affect behavior and confidence
We'll leave space for dialogue - we want to hear your experience. We're gathering insights right now and want to better understand what you need before launching a program.
Have a question for the speakers? We're collecting questions in advance. If you want to make sure yours gets answered, send it to Maria: https://t.me/msGordienko

Thank you!
See you soon.
