What can we do create that equilibrium in life where work, relationships, health, wellbeing, and self-care all draw the required amount of our attention without stressing ourselves out?


Come and bust some myths about work-life balance and learn what you can do to create and maintain that perfect equilibrium for a perfect life that you desire.

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  • Reflect on their personal definition of balance, recognizing that it looks different for everyone based on their values, priorities, and life stage.

  • Assess and prioritize what truly matters in both work and personal life, ensuring that self-care is not left out of the equation.

  • Explore why traditional work-life balance may be a myth and discover how work-life integration allows for more realistic and fulfilling personal and professional alignment.

  • Develop a practical action plan to start carving out time for yourself, with small, actionable steps that can be implemented immediately.

  • Recognize limiting beliefs that may be holding you back from achieving balance, and learn strategies to overcome these barriers to improve your overall well-being and productivity.

  • Discover how to effectively communicate frustrations and ask for support from peers, managers, and personal networks to create a healthier work-life dynamic.

  • Uncover a clear, actionable approach to striking a healthy balance, integrating personal growth, self-care, and professional responsibilities into a more sustainable way of living.
