β€‹πŸŒΏ SAFE TO FEEL

A Guided Breathwork, Somatic & Ecstatic Dance Circle

Steps from Chester Subway Station

β€‹πŸŒΈ An evening to breathe consciously, to feel fully, to release gently, to celebrate joyfully, and to connect deeply

We don't transform by forcing ourselves to change.
We transform by creating enough safety to feel what is present inside and allow it to express itself

Safe to Feel is an intimate 2-hour journey combining guided breathwork, somatic awareness, music, movement, and community

A space to step away from the noise, soften the pressure to have everything figured out, and reconnect with your body and inner experience.

You don't need to arrive knowing what you need.

You don't need to have everything figured out.

You only need to give yourself permission to pause, breathe, feel, and listen inward.

β€‹βœ¨ Your Journey

β€‹πŸŒ± 1. ARRIVE & GROUND

We'll begin gently, creating space to settle into the room, the group, and your own body.

You'll be invited to slow down, become present, and leave the outside world at the door.

Doors will be open 15 minutes in adavnce

β€‹πŸ’« 2. INTENTION

Before we breathe, we will pause and ask:

What am I carrying?
What am I ready to meet?
What would I like to create space for?

β€‹πŸŒ¬οΈ 3. GUIDED BREATHWORK

Using intentional breathing and immersive music through your individual headset, you'll be guided into an intentional, rhythmic breathing journey. You are invited to stay curious and meet whatever arises with compassion and no judgement.

β€‹πŸ€ 4. INTEGRATE

After the breathwork, we will create space to be still, and gently reflect on what you experienced.

β€‹πŸ’ƒ 5. ECSTATIC DANCE & FREE MOVEMENT

With uplifting, high-frequency music through your individual headset, you'll be invited into free movement and ecstatic/conscious dance as a body celebration

β€‹πŸŒΈ 6. CLOSING CIRCLE

We'll come back together as a circle and gently close the evening. Sharing is always optional and you are welcome to speak, listen, or simply be present.

β€‹πŸŒΏ IS THIS FOR YOU?

This experience may be for you if:

β€‹βœ¨ Your mind is constantly β€œon” and you're craving a pause.

β€‹βœ¨ You have been carrying emotions that haven not had much space to be felt.

β€‹βœ¨ You want to reconnect with your body and inner world.

β€‹βœ¨ You are curious about breathwork, somatic practices, or conscious dance.
