βEver wish you had a 'work buddy' who just gets it? Someone to sit with you (virtually, of course!) while you finally tackle that looming project, clear your inbox, or just get started? That's exactly what our Focus Flow Sprints are for!
βWe meet bi-weekly for a power-packed 60 minutes of Body Doubling. This isn't a lecture, there are no slides, and absolutely no pressure. It's simply dedicated time and space to work on your most important tasks, surrounded by a supportive community.

βπ― Goal Setting: Kick off with a quick share of your 'one big task' in the chat.
βπ§ Deep Work Blocks: We'll dive into focused work sessions with gentle background music (or silence, your choice!).
