Thursday night in Caserta. We meet at 20:00 at Via Vincenzo Crispo 18 and run the Reggia route.
What to expect:
• Group warm up
• Sprint intervals, run in waves so every pace has a group
• Start and finish at the meeting point
Free and open to everyone. First time? Arrive ten minutes early and find a LACE crew member.
