Mindfulness And Self Care With Adult ADHD | Online-Workshop With Swami Dhyanananda
Many modern approaches and instructions to 'mindfulness' and self care do not consider an ADHD nervous system. Thus, practice attempts can lead to frustration or the belief 'this is not for me'. This workshop teaches why traditional mindfulness is in fact highly compatible and beneficial for ADHD, and what to consider differently when it comes to for self care with ADHD.
We cover
- what mindfulness actually means
- self care with ADHD
- practices that work with an ADHD nervous system, not against it
- what to do when a practice isn't working
With Q&A for personal questions.
The workshop is free. A voluntary donation is welcome (link will be shared in the meeting).
