Context
Across sectors, pioneering organisations have demonstrated solutions that improve lives and create meaningful impact. Yet relatively few of these solutions go on to reach the scale required to transform systems.
The challenge today is no longer only about discovering what works - it is about understanding what it takes for them to work at scale. How can solutions be adopted, adapted, sustained, and scaled across diverse geographies, institutions, and ecosystems?
The Centre for Exponential Change (C4EC), 100x Impact, and SCALE each work alongside organisations that are navigating this challenge. While their approaches differ, they share a common belief: achieving impact at an order of magnitude requires more than organisational excellence. It demands new ways of thinking about leadership, partnerships, philanthropy, government, and the broader ecosystem that enables scale.

This interactive convening brings together funders, social sector leaders, and ecosystem enablers to explore a central question: If we already know what works, what still stands between impact and scale?
Through stories, moderated conversations, and candid dialogue, participants will hear from organisations that have successfully scaled proven solutions—as well as those navigating the complexities of scaling today. Together, they will unpack the strategic shifts, leadership choices, partnerships, funding approaches, and ecosystem conditions that enable impact to grow beyond individual organisations.
Designed as a conversation rather than a series of presentations, the session will foster peer learning, honest reflection, and meaningful exchange among participants. The evening will conclude with dinner, offering an opportunity to continue the conversation and strengthen relationships across a community committed to scaling what works..
