About Event
This Men's Mental Health Month, GYATT Running is hosting a small gathering for men to move, connect, and have honest conversations.
We'll start with an easy 5K run.
After the run, we'll sit together and reflect on the things we often carry silently - the pressures, struggles, wins, and experiences that don't always get spoken about.
This isn't counselling or group therapy.
It's simply a space to talk, listen, and remember that you don't have to carry everything alone.
