a little book of summer: junk journaling at New Jozi
PLACEHOLDER DATE. NEW DATE WILL BE SHARED THIS WEEK.
how about a cosy afternoon out?
let's sit down with our journals, a delicious hot (or iced if you prefer!) drink, and company that wants to spend more time in a mindful way. mindful of the summer memories we are making.
in this guided, small-group workshop we will reflect on how our summer had gone so far and perhaps make plans for what we still want to do - all this with junk journaling. I will guide you in focusing on the senses. the smell of the sea, the taste of ripe fruit, the afterglow of a warm day. doesn't matter if you're completely new to junk journaling or if you've been doing this for a while.
the workshop will be held at New Jozi Coffeehouse (Rotterdam Crooswijk) which not only serves delicious coffee but is also building a safe and positive community space in the city. a match made in heaven for flock & doodle.
is this for you?

2 drinks and 1 pastry of choice (vegetarian too),
curated mini journaling kit (booklet, washi tape, some papers and ephemera, etc.) to reduce the blank page anxiety,
guidance by a serial journaler,
chill vibes and peace of mind.
feel free to bring your own journal, printed pictures (instax, polaroid, home-printed, etc.) to scrapbook in and/or any ephemera you want to preserve, such as tickets, to make it 100% yours.
