​Join Zócalo Health, Soluna, and Rosarium Health for an evening bringing together community-based organizations, health plans, advocates, public agencies, and local leaders who care deeply about supporting individuals and families across Sacramento and California.

​Come meet new partners, learn about community resources, and build connections that can lead to stronger referral pathways, deeper collaboration, and new opportunities to serve our communities together.

​Guests will also take part in our Partnership Lotería, featuring Zócalo Health, Soluna, Rosarium Health, and participating organizations. Meet someone new, learn about their work, collect a stamp, and complete your card for a prize.

​Throughout the evening, partner organizations will also have the opportunity to briefly introduce their work, services, and the communities they support.

​Food will be provided. Free Parking. All are welcome.
