Startup Solidarity: Fundamentals of Team Formation [Workshop]
How Founders can be Great Teammates
The session will examine one of the most important relationship in a startup venture, that of the co-founders. It'll explore some of the challenges unique to operating in a startup environment, the uniqueness of the co-founder working relationship. We will explore different strategies that founders have used to establish a successful founder relationship and prepare for conflict. Beyond the co-founder dynamic, we'll discuss different frameworks for working in teams (broadly speaking) and building strong, collaborative working relationships in pursuit of building a successful company.
While we will be focusing on the co-founder relationship, the case-studies, the examples, and the proposed frameworks are broadly applicable to navigating working relationships throughout your career.
