Dads Stand Up: Feed Our Neighbors with AFAC
Some of the most powerful things we can do as dads don't require a speech or a strategy. Sometimes, they just require showing up and putting in the work — side by side.
Join Dads for All for a morning of hands-on service at the Arlington Food Assistance Center (AFAC), one of Northern Virginia's most impactful community organizations. We'll be sorting and bagging food to help stock the shelves for the 4,100+ families AFAC serves each week right here in our backyard.
This is a great opportunity to model service for our kids, connect with other dads who believe that brotherhood and community go hand in hand, and spend 90 minutes doing something that genuinely matters.
What to expect: Arrive together, get oriented by AFAC staff, and dig in. The work is physical, the vibe is good, and you'll leave knowing exactly what your morning accomplished.
What to wear: Closed-toe shoes are required. Dress comfortably — the warehouse isn't fully climate-controlled.
