​Hey, I'm Dr. Deb from Puzzle Acupuncture in Bernal Heights.

​I spent 17 years practicing in hospital settings, working alongside doctors from different departments, including neurology, rehab, and orthopedics. That kind of cross department collaboration was just how I practiced. Now that I'm running my own clinic, I really miss that.

​I'd love to meet more practitioners in SF who think about care the same way. My focus is pain, nerve injury, and rehabilitation. I also host the Puzzle Exchange podcast, where I invite practitioners to talk about real health topics like insurance, breast cancer, and burnout.

​I built Puzzle around gentle, results driven care, and I use cheek acupuncture and FSN a lot in my work. My style is a little different from what people usually expect. Sometimes I use just 1 needle, and patients actively move with me during treatment.
