This month, we travel to El Salvador for an evening shaped by simplicity, generosity, and everyday tradition — hosted by Rebeca, who will prepare a traditional Salvadoran dinner and share a glimpse into her culture.
Salvadoran cuisine is deeply rooted in daily life — food that is made to be shared, eaten together, and enjoyed without formality. It’s not about complexity, but about balance, familiarity, and the quiet richness of dishes that bring people around the same table.
