​Join us for a transformative somatic breath work and sound bath experience designed to help return you back to your heart in the heart of summer.

​This breathwork journey is an invitation to reconnect with your body through the power of your breath. As the saying goes, "The breath goes deeper than the mind," and "The body keeps the score."

​Somatic Release Breathwork creates a safe space to release stored stress, tension, and emotions while reconnecting with your body's innate wisdom. As you let go of what no longer serves you, you'll create space for greater peace, clarity, and alignment.

​What to bring:

• ​A pillow, blanket, water bottle and anything else that makes you feel supported and comfortable for lying down

• ​Dress comfortably in layers (temperature changes is very common with breathwork & sound healing)

• ​Journal and pen to write down any insights and discoveries

​Cost: $60 per person
