RBCx X LOI X Brainstation Morning Founder Run

​RBCx Sweat Equity, LOI and Brainstation are teaming up to host a founder run and coffee hang Tuesday Aug 12th.

• ​7AM, warm up / intros

• ​710AM: run 5km on the seawall at a slow conversational pace led by Jason and Joel

• ​8AM: coffee/tea hangout

• ​830AM: leave back home to get ready for day
