The 2026 VCAA Ski Conference is an invitation only event, limited to 200 prominent Canadian and US based venture capitalists, strategic investors, tech industry luminaries, and ecosystem partners. This event is a unique opportunity to connect in an exclusive small group, very interactive setting, with high value sessions and speakers.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
• Tues, Feb 24 - Enjoy an afternoon of skating and hot chocolate on the picturesque Lake Louise from 3-5pm, then get to know your fellow outdoor enthusiasts over a welcome cocktail reception beginning at 6pm in the Victoria Ballroom.
• Wed, Feb 25 - Bus transportation to the Lake Louise Ski Resort, exclusive use of the private on-hill Sitzmark Lounge for meals and networking with colleagues, then a full day of hosted skiing/snowboarding and an après ski beverage before returning to the Chateau. Or, if you prefer, a relaxing day at the brand new Basin Glacial Waters thermal bathing spa at the Chateau (limited capacity). Reception and plated dinner to follow at 6pm in the Victoria Ballroom.
• Thurs, Feb 26 - With picturesque Lake Louise as the backdrop, a full day of learning (8am - 4pm) from peers and experts curated to provide the most up to date trends and topics related to tech investing and the venture capital industry.
Depart at 4pm or stay for an optional informal evening of networking and enjoying the resort before departing the next morning.

EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY
$300 cancellation fee until January 12, 2026. After that date no refunds will be issued but substitutions are welcome at no additional cost.
