Meet Your Guides:

Dr. Gabriella Bartos, MD with over 15 years of experience brings the combined lens of Internal Medicine, Obesity Medicine, and Functional Medicine to perimenopause care. Her focus goes beyond hormones: she views this transition as a systems-wide shift affecting metabolism, the nervous system, cardiovascular health, cognition, body composition, and more. And she's navigating it herself, raising four boys while doing it.

Sheetal Kapani, Board Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach, specializes in perimenopause and menopause coaching. Her focus is to help women reclaim their vitality through lifestyle changes, using tools like positive psychology, motivational interviewing, and deep listening - work that began with her own search for answers when the conventional system kept telling her nothing was wrong.
