Join us for an experiential learning session on new Cleantech & Proptech Building Performance Advances at the new Enspire Potential: Immersive Cleantech Studio (EPICS). EPICS is a 360° Immersive Media Room with Touch Walls, 3D/VR/Digital Twin projection, and interactive green building modules.

Featuring a Association of Energy Engineers - GTA Chapter (AEE-GTA) guest speaker presentation by Jason Poirier, P.Eng. - Director of Engineering, Sustainability Infrastructure Services, Johnson Controls for case study: "Achieving High‑Performance, Energy‑Efficient Facilities"

Learn about AI, Fault Detection, Building Performance Strategies, and Drone Thermography via facilitated experiential learning. Explore low-carbon advances via Matterport digital twins and 360° touch wall mechanical rooms. Gain insights on building performance best practices, find out about cleantech job oppourtunities, and access project/workforce funding resources.

About EPICS

Enspire Potential: Immersive Cleantech Studio (EPICS) is a cutting-edge learning program launched recently by the BOMA Enspire Program. This free pilot project is open to cleantech project teams, sustainability professionals, building performance teams, and job seekers interested in cleantech and proptech careers in real estate.

EPICS experiential learning lessons replicate real-world operational and retrofit environments using 3D/VR/Digital Twin technology projected in our 15' x 15' BOMA Enspire Immersive Media Room with touch walls. Interactive facilitated sessions cover Retrofit Planning, Building Performance, Cleantech Career Pathways, and Smart Building Systems.
