Topic
Journey Management Maturity: Will It Survive You?

Overview
Most journey management does not stand the test of time. Maps get created. Enthusiasm is high. The potential is there. Then it falters.

This talk is for anyone trying to make journey management a sustainable practice, not a one-time project.

Drawing on 20+ years in service design, Jamin will walk through two assessment tools:
- Smaply's five layers — Standardize, Govern, Structure, Measure, Embed — for gauging how mapping itself is scaling
- And his own Journey Management Stack, eleven interlocking parts spanning the map, the org, the tooling, and the people, for gauging whether the practice around it will hold

Together they answer two questions:
- where are you now?
- what's the journey ahead?

In addition, Jamin will touch on what you can move forward on your own, and where you need the organization to show up with you, so that journey management will survive with you.
