About Event

Have you ever been surrounded by people, but still felt like real connection was just out of reach?

Sometimes we want to meet others more meaningfully, but we do not know how to begin. Sometimes conversations stay on the surface, even when we are craving something more real. Sometimes we are so busy wondering what people think of us that we forget to actually enjoy the person in front of us.

This evening is an invitation to practise another way of meeting.

Following the beautiful success of our first Shared Stories, Shared Spaces workshop, we are gathering again for an even more interactive evening on the art of conversation.

Together, we will explore how to listen more deeply, ask better questions, stay curious, relate with empathy, and feel more at ease in connection. We will also touch on essential elements of connection. Not as abstract concepts, but through real conversations, guided exercises, and small-group moments.

This is a free event.

After our first workshop, one participant wrote:

“I normally feel nervous, or anxious when I am in social contexts, I tend to be too much focused on what people will think about me and forget to enjoy the connection. Towards to end of the session I started feeling much calmer and I realized that human connections can have a calming effect, make you feel safe and release your worries (even complete strangers), so the complete opposite of what I normally experience. I will carry this with me.”

And in the closing circle, another participant said:

“I don’t know what the opposite is of social anxiety, but that is what I’m feeling right now.”

That is the kind of space we want to keep creating: warm, guided, thoughtful, playful, and authentically human.

You do not need to have joined the first workshop. You do not need to be “good at talking.” You do not need to come with a friend. You do not need to prepare anything.

The evening will be carefully guided from beginning to end, with enough structure to feel safe and enough openness for real connection to happen.

We will use Elementales, our conversation card game for meaningful connection. You will move through different exercises, prompts, and small-group conversations that help you practise listening, sharing, reflecting, and asking questions that open something real.

After the workshop, you are warmly invited to stay for the live performance by Likan.

Come as you are. Bring openness, curiosity, and a willingness to meet people differently.

Spots are limited, so please register if you would like to join.
