About Event

AI isn’t just transforming work—it’s quietly changing how we think, create, parent, learn, travel, organize our lives, and make decisions every day. Yet many of our most useful, surprising, or unconventional AI use cases never make it into conference talks or LinkedIn posts.
Join us for an interactive show-and-tell where we pull back the curtain on how we’re actually using AI across work and life. Bring your wins, experiments, unexpected workflows, hilarious failures, and even the AI uses you might be slightly embarrassed to admit.
Because sometimes the most transformative ideas come from the most unexpected places.

We’ll explore:

  • Unexpected AI workflows that save time or spark creativity

  • Personal uses beyond work—from parenting to wellness to travel

  • AI experiments that failed spectacularly (and what we learned)

  • The prompts, tools, and hacks you can’t stop using

  • The AI use cases you’d never post about on LinkedIn

Session Format (60 minutes)
5 min – Welcome & Icebreaker
In one sentence: “What’s the most surprising thing you’ve used AI for recently?”
10 min – Lightning Confessions
Invite 4–5 volunteers to share a 2-minute AI use case:

  • What problem were you trying to solve?

  • What AI did you use?

  • What happened?

  • Would you recommend it?

25 min – Small Group Exchange
Break into groups of 4–6 and discuss:

  1. What’s your most unexpected AI use case?

  2. What’s an AI workflow you now can’t live without?

  3. What’s an AI fail or funny moment you’ve experienced?

  4. What’s one use case you’re hesitant to tell people about?

  5. What’s one thing you learned tonight that you’ll try this week?

15 min – Share Back
Each group shares:

  • One surprising use case

  • One workflow everyone wanted to try

5 min – Closing Reflection
“What’s one new possibility for AI in your life or work that you hadn’t considered before tonight?”
