​Throughout the week, you’ll enjoy daily yoga and meditation, guided somatic movement and Ecstatic Dance, sound healing, voice activation, traditional sweat lodge ceremony, and immersive jungle hikes to hidden waterfalls. You’ll also explore off grid living, sustainability, regenerative organic farming practices, coffee production, and learn how to milk cows and make fresh cheese!
