On 23rd September, Urban Milers and Gray Matter Solutions are coming together for a special Brain Health Run, for World Alzheimer's Month, to raise awareness about this special cause.
At the end of the run, Gray Matter Solutions will be doing a special Brain Speed Challenge and all runners can participate!
