Join us for a high-impact, two-hour journey designed to bridge the gap between physical resilience and mental clarity. Power & Presence is a dual-phase experience crafted for those who want to build a capable body and a calm mind.
We move beyond the typical workout by pairing the raw intensity of strength training with the profound nervous system regulation of conscious breathwork. Whether you are looking to increase your physical capacity or simply hit the "reset" button on your stress levels, this event provides the tools to do both.
The Rundown
Phase 1: Power (45 Mins) – We start on the floor with a focused strength session. Expect functional mechanics and high-intensity movements designed to build force and wake up the body.
Phase 2: Pivot (10 Mins) – A moment of transition. Using our custom Pause Goals Setting Journals, we’ll move from physical exertion into intention setting, allowing the mind to catch up with the body.
Phase 3: Presence (45 Mins) – Shift into deep recovery. A guided, immersive breathwork session designed to down-regulate your nervous system and cultivate internal stillness.
Phase 4: Synergy – We wrap up the experience with fresh smoothies and open conversation. Connect with the community, meet the coaches, and refuel.
