Product Thinking Crash Course
This is not Product Management 101. It's not "talk to your customers" or generic prioritization frameworks like (R)ICE. If you've read the basics on product sense and product execution, this goes beyond that.

Product Thinking is a company-wide mindset, not a PM skillset. This workshop addresses what happens when multifunctional teams need to align on what actually matters—when organizations disagree on priorities, when teams are pulling in different directions, and when good execution alone isn't producing results.
Based on my 10+ years in product management, including 5 years leading product, data, design, and engineering teams from early-stage startups to public companies, this covers the practical realities of outcome-focused decision-making: establishing true north stars (not vanity metrics), mapping the levers that actually drive those outcomes, identifying where bottlenecks really are, and rapidly testing the assumptions that could kill your hypothesis before you invest months building the wrong thing.

Who it's for: If you're struggling to gain alignment across functions in your company and/or on deciding what to prioritize building when you're getting feedback from various customers and stakeholders, this crash course is for you. It's relevant for every function—engineering, design, ops, marketing—because product thinking isn't something PMs own. It's how efficient organizations operate when they have 5, 25, or 100+ people who all need to be rowing in the same direction.
