​Throughout the morning, you’ll find gentle conversation prompts designed to spark more meaningful connection:

• ​What’s an idea you haven’t acted on yet?

• ​What’s your current obsession (book, podcast, routine, etc.)?

​Take what resonates, leave what doesn’t—this is simply here to help move conversations beyond surface level and into something more real.
