​1:00 – 1:30 PM | Meet & Warm-up 📍 In front of 7-Eleven, Jamwon Hangang Park 2395 Olympic-daero, Gangnam-gu, Seoul (세븐일레븐 한강르네상스잠원1호점, next to the south end of Dongho Bridge)

• ​Check in, then loosen up with some light stretching

​1:30 – 2:30 PM | Han River Jog (approx. 5 km) 🏃 Start at the meet point → Hangang Bus Apgujeong Pier → under Hannam Bridge → Banpo Hangang Park → Banpo Bridge Moonlight Rainbow Fountain (turnaround) → back the same way to CU Apgujeong Cruise

• ​A flat riverside path with no traffic lights — perfect for an easy jog

• ​Sweat, chat, and have fun together

​2:30 – 3:00 PM | Rooftop Cool-down & Community Time 🏁 CU Apgujeong Cruise rooftop (CU 압구정크루즈점) 37-53 Apgujeong-ro 11-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul (1–2 min walk from the meet point)

• ​We finish right here, on the rooftop — a great spot for photos and conversation!

• ​Drinks 🥤 & cookies 🍪 provided

​The event ends at 3:00 PM on the CU Apgujeong Cruise rooftop.

​🚇 Getting there About a 20-min walk from Apgujeong Station (Line 3), Exit 6. Walk along Apgujeong-ro toward Garosu-gil, turn right at the Garosu-gil intersection, and go through the Sinsa underpass (신사나들목) at the end of Apgujeong-ro 11-gil.

• ​체크인 후 가볍게 스트레칭하며 몸을 풀어요

​오후 1:30 – 2:30 | 한강 조깅 (약 5km) 🏃 집결지 출발 → 한강버스 압구정선착장 → 한남대교 아래 통과 → 반포한강공원 → 반포대교 달빛무지개분수(반환점) → 같은 길로 돌아와 CU 압구정크루즈점 도착

• ​신호등 없이 쭉 이어지는 평탄한 강변길이라 가볍게 뛰기 좋아요

• ​땀 흘리고, 수다 떨고, 함께 즐겨요

​오후 2:30 – 3:00 | 루프탑 마무리 & 커뮤니티 타임 🏁 CU 압구정크루즈점 루프탑 서울 강남구 압구정로11길 37-53 (집결지에서 도보 1~2분)

• ​마지막은 여기, 루프탑에서! 사진 찍고 이야기 나누기 딱 좋은 곳이에요

• ​음료 🥤 & 쿠키 🍪 제공

​행사는 오후 3시, CU 압구정크루즈점 루프탑에서 종료됩니다.
