WE Lead 1:1 Mentoring Program Info Session
WE Lead’s 1:1 Mentoring Program is an opportunity for you to be paired up with an experienced mentor who will help you work towards your entrepreneurial and professional goals during Winter quarter. The application deadline is 11/20, so be sure to join an info session to learn more about the program, requirements, and application!
If selected, you’ll be matched with a mentor (based on preferences shared in your application) and will receive support through our Mentee Boot Camp to engage in self reflection and goal-setting to set you up for success, as well as ongoing support in group Mentee Connect sessions.
Our mentors are all entrepreneurial women leaders, many with experience in startups or founding their own company. Open to graduate and undergraduate students (2nd year status & beyond), this program offers the opportunity to gain personalized guidance and career insights from women with a breadth and depth of experience across multiple industry backgrounds.
This info session will be hosted virtually, and the zoom link will be provided to registered attendees.

Requirements
Graduate student or undergraduate student with 2nd year status and beyond, currently enrolled in a degree seeking program at the University of Washington
If selected, attendance at the Mentee Boot Camp (1/3), Kickoff Event (1/8), and Program Wrap-up (4/2) is mandatory
Commit to meeting with your mentor at least 5 times (including at least 3 in-person meetings) over the 12-week program, and respond promptly to communication.

1:1 Mentoring Program Dates
WE Lead's 1:1 Mentoring Program runs for 12 weeks beginning in Winter Quarter, during which participants must be available to attend required programmatic events. Mentor & mentee meetings will be scheduled per your mutual availability during the program duration: 1/8 - 4/2
Mentee Boot Camp: Sunday, January 3rd | 9am-4pm (Required)
Mentoring Program Kickoff: Friday, January 8th | 9:30am-12pm (Required)
Mentoring Program Wrap-up: Friday, April 2nd | 9:30am-12pm (Required)
