​Talk Topic: Take Credit for Your AI-Assisted Work
Women face a double bind with AI: don’t use it and you fall behind; use it and your work gets discounted as „not really yours“. Recent studies show identical AI-assisted work rated as „initiative“ when attributed to a man and as „inability“ when attributed to a women. This talk argues that the way we talk about our AI use decides whether it reads as sovereignty or as cheating. Expect research, real cases, and some concrete language swaps you can use to tackle that.

​Speaker
Yvonne Pöppelbaum is an AI literacy trainer and consultant who designs and runs hands-on AI competence programs as well as train-the-trainer formats. With a background in journalism, she loves designing learning experiences that invite participants to contribute rather than just consume input.
