After 70+ events across the week, we invite you to join us for an easy-flow yoga session at High Park. The session's sequence is at a beginner's level and will be 45 minutes long. All skill levels are welcome.
As folks join, we will start with a casual meet and greet. The session will start at 11:10 with some light breathe work and aims to be restorative.
After the session, we can continue networking in the area or at a nearby coffee shop - Hannah's Bakery (1822 Bloor St W, Toronto, ON M6P 3K6). If you will be joining us there, we request that you purchase at least 1 item. We will do a check-in on how folks are feeling and if we want to head over to Hannah's.
